Shipping Information

In stock orders will incur a standard USPS Ground shipping charge (rates are based on weight of product and shipping destination).

All orders, including Express and Next Day, require 1 - 2 days of processing time to package and ship.
Ordering processing and delivery do not take place on weekends. Shipping estimates are in business days (M-F).

Delivery to P.O. Box shipping addresses is only possible with USPS Economy. All other shipping methods will fail for P.O. Box deliveries.

For delivery to Hawaii and Alaska, please allow additional time for shipping

Alaska - total transit time will be 18-20 days. If it is peak holiday season or due inclement weather, total transit time can be up to 25-30 days

Hawaii – total transit time will be 20-30 days, Time can be increased if it is peak holiday season or due to inclement weather.

Return Policy

Casio Products come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within thirty (30) days to Casio and obtain a full refund of the original purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping and handling charges. Before returning a Product, you must first obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number from Casio. Buyer may then return the Product, freight prepaid, in its original shipping container, with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Buyer shall enclose the complete accessories such as documentation, cables. Buyer shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the Product during such shipment. Returns and replacements are also subject to the following terms: (1) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; (2) You are responsible for all freight charges involved in returning and replacing items; (3) Certain items, including, but not limited to, all opened software, special order items, and items specifically noted with ‘NO RETURNS’, cannot be returned; and (4) Non-defective returns and refused shipments are subject to a 5% restocking charge. 

Please note that if your order includes a free gift with purchase, any return of the purchased Product(s) must also include return of the free gift item at the same time. No return or refund will be accepted or processed unless it includes the free gift item as well as the purchased Product(s) being returned.

If you wish to submit a return, please fill out the customer support form or use the support chat on that page to speak to a support representative. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction. Credits cannot be issued until the merchandise return is received. Please allow up to five business days from our receipt of your product for credit processing.

Returns only accepted for watches in new condition. Any damages incurred to the watch, such as scratches, disqualify the watch from being returnable for a full refund.

We offer deep discounts on the products you love through the Casio Outlet Store. These products had been reduced in price because they may have blemishes or damage to their packaging, and/or they may be missing a printed manual. The products themselves are in new condition. Returns may not be accepted for damaged packaging or missing printed manuals. Enjoy the savings!
